Paula is the Principal of Workforce Legal Solutions and during the last 20 years of legal practice, Paula has advised both government and corporate clients on a wide range of issues in employment law and industrial relations.
Prior to Paula establishing Workforce Legal Solutions, she worked at the Victorian Hospitals' Industrial Association as Principal Legal Consultant for nine years.
Paula specialises in handling performance management, terminations, organisational restructures, grievances within the workplace, industrial disputes, investigations within the workplace and discrimination issues.
She has also frequently been asked to conduct workplace investigations into bullying, harassment and misconduct issues.
As a qualified Secondary Teacher with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment, Paula also offers the provision of training services to clients on-site.
Paula is currently Chairperson of the Disciplinary Appeals Board for Department of Education and a member of the Merit Protection Board.
